Surgical Instrument app for iPhone and iPad

The Surgical instrument app is brought to you by the Surgery Education Network. The app features a search area for the most commonly used instruments in surgery. We have also added a basic game format to identify instruments. In the first game, the name of the instrument pops up at the bottom of the screen and the images of the instruments scroll above. You must identify the instrument by touching it on the screen. If you are correct the images turns green, if incorrect it turns red and the correct instrument is then highlighted green. In the second game, the name of the image of the instrument pops up at the bottom of the screen and the name of the instruments scroll above. You must identify the instrument by touching the name as it scrolls across. If you are correct , it turns green, if incorrect it turns red and the correct answer is then highlighted green. .
For both games you have one minute to try and identify as many instruments as possible.

The Surgery Education Network is continuing to find fun ways to educate you. This app is great for medical students, residents, nurses and surgical techs.
